1. Organize Individual meetings with the Talent Acquisition Team & other stakeholders Study the current Talent Acquisition Process including Recruitment Strategy, Candidate Sourcing, Assessment & Selection and Offer Management. Identify inefficiencies/ development areas Agree on the Traning Module
2. Design the sructure of training programme including selection of Delivery Tools, Training Material, Evaluation Method , Duration and other logistics
3. Evaluate and assess effectiveness of Traning Programme Report Submission
